Communication  Coordinator  (100%)

 

What you can expect:

You will actively work on implementing our content marketing strategy, coordinate all communication activities, and contribute  towards achieving short and long term goals. Your tasks will include coordinating corporate communication and PR, leading social media content, and supporting product communication. The major focus will be  on content creation for all different communications and cooperation with external  PR agencies as well as further operational  activities.

What we expect:

You have a solid educational background (bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or PR) and experience in similar roles in an international B2B company, preferably in the chemicals or textiles industry. With your background and experience in communications, you are used to dealing with agencies, external contacts, and internal contacts. You are familiar with the use of MS Office, ERP software, as well as CMS, and you are a professional for social media in the business environment. Excellent written and spoken skills in English (English native speaker or highest level of English education) and good German skills are very important;  additional foreign languages are beneficial. You work independently, thoroughly and in  a structured manner, and meeting deadlines is important to you.

job description

Our auditors conduct audits with regard to environmental, occupational health and product stewardship. The auditor plan,  prepare and carry out audits at chemical suppliers. The findings are documented in comprehensive and consultative audit reports which evaluate the compliance of the audited company with the requirements of the bluesign® CRITERIA. Agreed improvements and corrective measures are followed-up and the progress is documented. This job is challenging – and it offers the unique chance to change things towards sustainability in the world of textiles.

major responsibilities

  • Perform audit on site
  • Prepare extensive evaluations and audit reports in English
  • follow-up of agreed improvements and corrective measures, as well as documentation of the progress

requirements

  • A qualified degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related science
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in relevant  chemical industries
  • Profound knowledge in the field of environment, occupational health and consumer safety
  • Profound knowledge and experience in the field of product stewardship, classification and labelling of chemical products
  • Good knowledge of the chemical supply chain
  • Extensive auditing experience (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Deeper knowledge and experience about textile dyestuffs is an advantage
