At Osprey, the path to cleaner gear starts long before a pack ever reaches your hands. Since becoming a bluesign system partner in 2021, Osprey has taken a proactive approach to environmental and social responsibility. This begins at the chemical level and extends across every step of the supply chain.
Through this partnership, Osprey has strengthened its commitment to using safer chemistry, responsible manufacturing practices, and more sustainable materials in its award-winning packs and accessories. Today, that commitment is clearer than ever.
In this short video, Osprey highlights how partnering with bluesign supports their commitment to reducing harmful impacts through safer chemistry and responsible manufacturing. Discover how this collaboration helps deliver high-performance gear that’s better for people and the planet.

These figures reflect the percentage of Osprey’s full product line, not just a limited collection.
The bluesign system is designed to reduce environmental impact and protect people throughout the production process.
