Esther is an experienced corporate sustainability leader who has shaped the ESG agenda of multi-billion listed companies for close to 15 years. By translating regulatory requirements and societal expectations into internal sustainability drivers, managing ESG compliance and performance, and training associates and c-suits, she leads organizations to a significant level of sustainability maturity.

Expert in sustainability reporting and strategy development, she has managed sustainability projects in environmental, social and governance dimensions throughout the value chain in emerging and mature markets, across multiple industries.

She is passionate about integrating sustainability into the core business, managing change towards more sustainable business models, and ensuring solid sustainability practices within the business. Esther joined bluesign in 2024, as their sustainability product manager.
